Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. You may request a return instead (see Return Policy).

2. Order Cancellation by Zopcial

  • We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or regulatory restrictions.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards/Wallets): Refunds initiated to source account within 7-10 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refund issued via bank transfer/UPI within 7–10 business days after return is received and verified.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods, hygiene-sensitive items, personalized products, digital downloads, etc.

5. Refund Communication

  • Customers receive confirmation by email/SMS.
  • In case of delays, contact care@zopcial.com.
