Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Amex, and others.
  • Net Banking – All major Indian banks supported.
  • UPI Payments – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.
  • Wallets – Paytm, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay, etc.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Select products/locations only.
  • EMI Options – Available via supported banks for eligible products.

⚠ Note: Availability may vary by location, product type, or order value.

2. Payment Processing

  • All payments processed securely via PCI DSS-compliant gateways.
  • Confirmation sent via email, SMS, and account notifications immediately after successful payment.
  • UPI/net banking confirmations may take a few minutes.
  • Orders processed only after successful payment authorization.

3. Security of Payment Information

  • We do not store sensitive card/banking info on our servers.
  • All transactions encrypted using SSL.
  • Payment gateways used are RBI-compliant.

4. Payment Failures & Disputes

  • No charges deducted on failed payments; you may retry.
  • If amount deducted but order not confirmed, contact: support@Zopcial.com | +91-9799962255
  • Disputes resolved within 7–14 working days; refunds credited to original method.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available for selected pin codes/products only.
  • Payment must be exact cash at delivery.
  • Zopcial may cancel COD orders if location not serviceable or repeated failures occur.

6. Refunds & Payment Reversal

  • Refunds for cancelled/returned orders processed to original method within 5–7 working days.
  • COD refunds credited to bank account (securely collected).
  • Bank processing times may vary.

7. Taxes & Charges

  • All payments include applicable GST.
  • Any additional charges (e.g., bank fees) communicated at checkout.
  • Discounts/coupons applied before taxes; GST calculated on discounted amount.

8. Payment Confirmation & Invoice

  • After successful payment, you will receive:
    1. Order confirmation email
    2. Payment receipt
    3. Invoice with GST details
